Returns/Exchange/Special Orders

FerBen Style Return Policy:

We understand that sometimes things do not workout.

FerBen Style offers returns on merchandise that has not been washed, worn, or altered. Merchandise must be returned with all tags attached.

Buyer has up to 20 Days for a return request. If 20 days have passed since you received your merchandise, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund.  

When a return is requested, the package must be shipped back within 3 Days of the return request and the RA# must be written on the outside of the package or we will not be able to process the return.

Any damaged product or error in shipment must be reported to FerBen Style within 48 Hours of package arrival or the item will not be refunded.



Step 1)  Send a return request to

Step 2 ) Include in email:

Reason for return, order number, email address , and phone contact (optional)

Step 3 ) Customer Service will send you an Return Authorization Number that you MUST include in your return package. 

*Return Shipping is the cost of customer unless otherwise authorized by customer service at FerBen Style.

Step 4 ) You will receive an email once we have received your package for return. Your refund will be processed within 2-3 days from the date of your package arrival.

You will receive a refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping fees where applicable) to the original form of payment. returns can take several business days to reflect on your credit card account or bank statement. This varies depending on your financial institution.

As an Incentive to select Store Credit, we will offer a 10% bonus on your return. For example, on a $100 return you will receive an additional $10 in store credit making your store credit $110.

If you select store credit you will be emailed a code to use on your future purchase. Just enter the code in the promotion/discount code box at checkout.

We will contact you to let you know of the availability. If available we will place the item on hold so it does not sell out while we await your package. The package should be returned within three days of request.
